The Pad Thai Kit is a kit that Cookie and I put together so that it's easy to make Pad Thai. Consist of Noodle, Pad Thai Sauce, and condiments.

Thank you Chris and Cookie for putting so much time in preparing all the ingredients. The recipes were so simple and easy to prepare that it gives us motivation to make it again and again for our friends and family. Awesome event. We should have more events like this soon!
    •  This was a great event... First, Chris and Cookie put together a great menu for us and were very nice, helpful and friendly.. Second, Erik was a great host: We gathered and cooked in his kitchen. Third, the food.. Oh WOW... The Tom Yum Koong soup was the best I ever had.. It'll be hard to eat it at a restaurant after trying Chris and Cookie's version. We also all got hands-on practice at making our Pad-Thai. Eating one so fresh and tasty was a treat.. The Thai Iced tea with Lime juice (instead of half and half) was a revelation!! I'm definitely switching sides!! And finally the Mango with Sticky Rice was delectable... All in all, a definite 5 star event! Thank you Chris, Cookie and Erik! Thank you for the "kit" also and the cool instructions Chris and Cookie! You two have put in a lot of work and thought into everything and it showed..

I had a blast! I will definitely host move cooking events. If you didn't make it to this one you've got to RSVP for the next event. Thank you Erik for being such a great host. Thank you everyone for jumping in and getting involved. Thank you Christian and Newton for driving so far. Everyone made their own Pad Thai and really enjoyed it. The soup turned out great. Of course, freshly made Mango and Sticky rice really hit the spot.
