Pad Thai - love the smooth texture of the noodles and the crunch of the peanuts with the spice. Green curry - I can never turn down curry spice.

Not brave enough to cook it, but would like to try.
How hot are you? uhh... I meant how spicy can you take on a scale of 1 - 10? (10 = Make me cry. I enjoy pain!, 1 = Put me at the kids table)
I'd say a 5, but the older I'm getting the hotter I like it!
