I hope you're having a great 2010 so far. Mine has been really exciting. There are 2 things that I'd like to share with you in this e-mail.

First, as some of you may have heard. I am buying a restaurant in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach. It's called Hawaiian BBQ Festival, a medium size Hawaiian restaurant that serves "local" Hawaiian food. This is the reason why I haven't been organizing events. I am currently at the final stages of the escrow and we should be able to close it any day now.
